With twelve of us sharing the house, I’m glad we found a place with four bathrooms.

TWO UNITS. ONE GROUP.
Casa Coco combines two 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units into one private group stay. That means two kitchens, living spaces to gather in, and room to spread out.
The listing allows 13. We’re stopping at 12 for a little extra comfort. Individual bed-sharing arrangements still need confirmation.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
These are the actual listing photos. Bed sizes and final room capacities are still being confirmed.
Ask Jeff about current availability.

One larger bed shown, with a desk and a bathroom doorway visible in the photos. Mattress size and private bathroom access need confirmation.

A bunk bed with a narrower upper and wider lower mattress. A shared-room option; exact sizes and any additional pull-out bed need confirmation.

Two separate beds are shown in the listing photos. A useful option for people happy to share a bedroom. Mattress sizes need confirmation.

One larger bed shown, plus a desk and TV. A potential choice for a couple or someone seeking a room of their own. Mattress size needs confirmation.
The host lists sofa beds as well. We’ll confirm their number, sizes, and comfort before offering them as sleeping spots. Twelve guests does not mean twelve separate beds.
SHARING THE HOUSE
That’s our starting point. More privacy would mean contributing a little more; a sofa spot would be less.
Talk with me directly about what you’re looking for and what works for you. If keeping the cost down matters most, just say so.
