THE HOUSE

Four full bathrooms.

With twelve of us sharing the house, I’m glad we found a place with four bathrooms.

TWO UNITS. ONE GROUP.

A little more breathing room.

Casa Coco combines two 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units into one private group stay. That means two kitchens, living spaces to gather in, and room to spread out.

  • Near Wynwood and the Design District
  • Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer listed
  • Parking available, with free street parking for overflow
  • Check-in Monday, Nov 2 at 3 PM
  • Checkout Monday, Nov 9 by 11 AM

The listing allows 13. We’re stopping at 12 for a little extra comfort. Individual bed-sharing arrangements still need confirmation.

BEDROOM 3

Two separate beds are shown in the listing photos. A useful option for people happy to share a bedroom. Mattress sizes need confirmation.

Bedroom 4 with one larger bed and mirror
BEDROOM 4

A quieter corner

One larger bed shown, plus a desk and TV. A potential choice for a couple or someone seeking a room of their own. Mattress size needs confirmation.

And the living rooms?

The host lists sofa beds as well. We’ll confirm their number, sizes, and comfort before offering them as sleeping spots. Twelve guests does not mean twelve separate beds.

SHARING THE HOUSE

Around $300 per person
for the week.

That’s our starting point. More privacy would mean contributing a little more; a sofa spot would be less.

Talk with me directly about what you’re looking for and what works for you. If keeping the cost down matters most, just say so.

— Jeff

A FEW PRACTICAL THINGS

Before you pack.

Can I claim a bed yet?

Yes. Choose the room or sleeping spot you’d like using the form above, and we’ll work out the details together. Your spot is confirmed when Jeff receives your contribution.

How will choosing a room work?

You’ll be able to tell us whether you need your own bed, are comfortable in a bunk, want to share with someone, or prefer a private bedroom. We’ll agree on your space and contribution before you send funds. Your spot is confirmed when Jeff receives your contribution.

What does the contribution cover?

The shared house stay, November 2–9. Travel, meals, and transportation are separate. Suggested contributions will include some cushion above the house cost to help keep the group flexible.

What are the house rules?

The reservation lists no pets and a 13-guest maximum; our group cap is 12. Check-in is after 3 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. We’ll share the full house instructions with confirmed guests.
